Crafted with the finest ingredients, our cakes boast homemade sponges, creamy buttercream, and perfect fillings. We take orders up to 2 weeks in advance and due to high-demand, require 72 hour lead time.

CAKE CARE
Storage Instruction
We recommend keeping the cake no more than 4 days in the fridge unsliced and no more than 24 hours after sliced. Once sliced, please use parchment paper or plastic wrap to cover the exposed sponge at all times. Please note that the dry garnishes may not last in the fridge.
Serving Instruction
Please serve the cake at room temperature. The buttercream needs to be tempered and will take at least 2 hours in the room temperature for the unsliced whole cakes. The suggested serving size is 2" x 2"or 1" x 4".
Slicing Instruction
Please use a long chef's knife, hot water and clean cloth when slicing. Dip the knife in hot water, then wipe dry before slicing each slices. Please use clean flat wide spatula when plating the cake.
